My experience with CryoFacials has been so amazing! My skin has improved in so many ways. My pores have tightened and the texture of my skin is smoother. What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit begins with a thorough 15-30 minute Full Body Assessment, where our experts will evaluate your skin, discuss your aesthetic goals, and provide you with detailed educational information. We'll recommend personalized treatment options and ensure all your questions are answered, so you feel confident and well-informed.
Before your treatment, you'll have the opportunity to use the restroom. If required, you'll change into disposable undergarments, and we will take mandatory before-and-after photos or videos, stored securely in our HIPAA-compliant system. These visuals are crucial for tracking your treatment's success and are used solely by your specialist to adjust your plan as needed. They will not be shared without your consent.
Not comfortable changing into our undergarments?
We understand that not everyone is at ease revealing their body. You may bring identical underwear and/or a bra to each appointment. However, please note that not using the provided undergarments may affect the quality of progress tracking and could impact adjustments to your treatment plan. Additionally, not wearing the spa's undergarments will void our results-guaranteed warranty.
Can I refuse to have photos or videos taken?
The short answer is "No." However, you can decline the use of your before-and-after videos for marketing purposes. We recognize that comfort levels vary, but these photos and videos are essential to ensure you achieve the results you're seeking. If you refuse to adhere to this policy, your appointment will be canceled, and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Are treatments safe?
Yes! We take pride in providing the safest treatments on the market that are truly non-invasive. All our treatments are performed by highly trained and certified professionals using state-of-the-art FDA cleared equipment and techniques. We prioritize your safety and comfort, adhering to the highest standards of medical care and hygiene.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
During your initial consultation, our team will guide you through selecting the most suitable treatments. Although it's not required, we strongly recommend starting with an initial treatment to provide the most accurate consultation experience, as your body’s response will help us craft a treatment plan tailored to your aesthetic goals. To make this easy and affordable, we offer New Member specials, allowing you to complete both your assessment and treatment at a discounted rate, on the same day. We'll carefully evaluate your skin type, concerns, and goals to recommend the best treatments for achieving the results you desire.
How many treatments do I need?
The frequency of treatments varies based on the service and your individual needs. Body sculpting typically requires a series of 5-10 sessions spaced 2-14 days apart.

Is there any downtime after treatments?
All our treatments are truly non-invasive and require no downtime. However, when using NeveSkin's treatments, it's recommended to avoid raising your core temperature through activities like working out or exposure to heat (e.g., hot showers, hot yoga, saunas) for at least 2 hours before and 2-24 hours after your session.
It's also important to protect any sun-exposed skin with sunscreen after treatment. While there's no recovery time, some mild effects may occur depending on the treatment, typically lasting no more than 24 hours post-treatment.
During your consultation, we'll provide detailed post-treatment care instructions and inform you of any necessary recovery guidelines.
How often should I schedule treatments?
Some treatments, such as Tone, TriX, all Facials, Revitalift, Wood Sculpting, Lymphatic Drainage, Soothe, and MCT, are recommended 1-2 times per week, while others like Shape may be done once every two weeks on a single specific body part. Because our treatments are non-invasive and safe, they build a cumulative effect when followed as recommended. To achieve the best results, it's important to adhere to the suggested treatment schedule. During your consultation, we'll create a personalized plan tailored to your goals.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes, we offer flexible options to suit your needs: choose from Packaged Bundles or save more with our popular Co-Operative Savings Program.
Packaged Bundles are ideal for those committed to long-term goals and who want to avoid credit expiration. The more extensive the bundle, the greater your savings!
Our Co-Operative Savings Program provides 30%-80%+ discounts off a-la-carte prices. This program allows you to commit for as little as one month or up to three or more months, with the flexibility to use your credits before they expire every 30 days. Choose from programs offering credits for individual body parts or hourly treatments that cover multiple areas at once. This approach provides minimal commitment with substantial savings, ensuring ongoing care and value.
While we do offer a-la-carte treatments, we generally advise against them, as clients often find it challenging to maintain consistency.
Balling on a budget? We got you covered! We offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through AfterPay (4 payments across 6 weeks) and *Cherry (3, 6 9, 12, 18, 24 month installment options).
